Follow these steps:

1. If you are a new on internet and do not have gmail account let register first,because we need email account to register for creating website blog.
2. After created a gmail account(if you just successfully created) or after log in to gmail account (You already have account) look at the top menu and click More>Blogger or sometime it appear in the top menu.
   
   
   
3. Now sign in to using you email.Then click "Sign in"
4. This message may appear due to you have not yet set up Google Plus, but don't worry skip it and set
   
   up it later.Now click on "Switch to a Limit Blogger Profile".Then  give the Blogger profile

5. Click on the orange button "Continue to Blogger".Now you nearly have a blog,let create your blog now.
6. On the left, there will be a grey button "New Blog"
7.
